- Description: A lot of sales is knowing what to say because you've heard it before. AI can learn that too. And I'm happy to spend less time repeating myself and more time building relationships that matter.

Pretty comforting thought when you work in sales.
I built part of my career around it.

Then a company like Harmony.ai comes out of stealth today and makes you think again.

Built by monday.com, they're building voice AI agents for sales.

Qualifying leads.
Capturing information.
Handling objections.

Then handing the call over to a human with a briefing of everything discussed.

Ive had so many qualification and sales calls.
And honestly, a lot of the time you're just reading scripts in your head based on all those earlier calls.

Handling objections.
Negotiating.
Influencing decisions.

You recognise something you've heard before and know what to say next.

An agent can do that too.

And probably a whole lot better and a whole lot more.

A bit scary. But I'm actually happy about that.

The more repetitive work gets automated, the more time I can spend on the biggest opportunities with the biggest chance of succeeding.

Having high-stakes conversations with key decision makers.
Spending time together in person.
Building strong relationships and earning trust over time.

The future is bright.
