I've worked with consumer brands for years, and one thing keeps surprising me:
- How much money companies spend getting people to their websites.
- And how little attention goes to understanding why they leave without buying.
Wrong sizes.
Unclear delivery costs.
Missing product information.
Complicated returns.
Customers tell businesses what's getting in their way. Every single day.
It's just buried in thousands of support tickets, reviews and conversations.

- Compare findings with conversion and returns data.
Maybe you need better product information.
Maybe your delivery costs are turning people away.
Maybe your returns process is costing you repeat customers.
None of these things sound particularly exciting.
But fixing them could have an enormous impact on growth.
Your customers have been telling you how to grow your business for years.
I think it's time to start listening
